All ten of your points are right on. It's so easy to jump into exercising and keep it up for a few days, maybe even a few weeks. The key, and the hardest part of all is to maintain a healthy diet and continue to stay motivated to exercise. This tips will definitely help stay on track.

I especially like to do #5 and take progress pictures of my body. I can look back after being in the gym for a year and see major differences and that helps keep me motivated.
