Both you and your teenager will observe that you have shapely legs and a firmer butt. In addition it will help keep your hear rates up, which will benefit your whole body with extra oxygen.
Another fun exercise for you and your children is swimming. Obviously not everyone has a private pool, but many health clubs, gyms, and other public places do.
You need to face the fact, as a parent, it is your overall responsibility to ensure your child’s welfare and over health. By boosting an exercise program at this young age of your children, will benefit them for the rest of their life.
