Today one of the main problem is weight loss. Weight loss is a big headache for everyone. Everyone wants to loss weight in a natural way. In market, there are many free weight loss programs available today. They come in many different types as well. There are fasting programs which are diet programs that only allow you to drink liquids and most of the time it is only water. There are cleansing programs which generally only allow you to drink liquids and natural fruits and vegetables.  There are 5 essential things that can be adopted to shed extra weight along with achieving a desired lifestyle.

The metabolic rate will be improved and work faster than before i.e. the body will use the food for energy instead of stored as fat. So here we go.

1.    Eat More:
It is very important to eat small meals after every 2 to 4 hours. It is so because one or two meal in a day can slow down the metabolism rate. The ratio of carbohydrates, proteins and fats is 50%, 25% and 25% respectively which should be taken every day.

2. Drink More Water
Body gets dehydration and the low metabolism rate if the person does not drink enough water. So it is important to drink at least 8-10 glass of water every day so that the body will be hydrated and the metabolism work perfectly.

3. Have a balanced Workout Regime
A regime must consist of cardio and resistance (weight) exercises. Cardio exercises are great for heart and burn fat whereas the resistance exercises includes yoga and pilates which help to maintain the lean muscle and raise the metabolic rate.

4. Supplements in your Diet the smart way
Make sure that whatever you are eating it should contain essential nutrients like vitamins, minerals, fiber and carbohydrates. If you do not feel like taking the necessary healthy nutrients through pills then the liquid version is the ideal choice. The right intake of nutrients cleans and detoxifies the body.

5. Sleep
The right amount of sleep is very essential for the healthy lifestyle and for refreshing the body and mind. In addition to it, sleep increases the metabolism, rebuilds the muscles and allows working at balanced levels.

These above are the most important things to make body active, healthy besides loosing extra pounds.
